Last Wednesday on GH, Valerie was tired of everyone asking about her nonexistent baby. During these scenes, Valerie was wearing a blue v-neck blouse with front flap pockets. I believe it's the Marlo Silk Top by Joie with the edges of the v-split neck tucked under. Valerie's top also comes in dusty pink, caviar black, porcelain white, and scarlet rouge.
