On Friday's episode of General Hospital, Nelle arrived back in Port Charles from Atlanta and was ready to begin work as Carly's personal assistant. Nina ran into the pair and decided to give Nelle a better outfit from the Crimson closets. When she returned, Nelle was wearing a white sheath dress with a black floral print and pleated neckline called the Oriental Floral Print Pencil Dress by Karen Millen. This dress was previously worn by Brenda Barrett during GH's 50th anniversary celebration back in 2013. @nigel_campbell made the astute observation that it was the same dress on twitter.
