A couple weeks ago on General Hospital, Scotty tried to woo Lucy to get his hands on Morgan's pill bottle for Ava. Lucy turned the tables on Scotty and hit him over the head. During these amusing scenes, Lucy was wearing a bright blue dress with long split sleeves. I'm pretty sure that it's by Lauren Ralph Lauren. I could only find a product photo of the black version online as the dress is currently sold out.
