A couple weeks ago on General Hospital, Nina was struggling to take care of Charlotte and run Crimson when Nelle arrived in her office. Nina later hired Nelle as Charlotte's nanny to spite Bobbie and Carly. During these scenes, Nina was wearing a midnight blue wrap dress with cuffed three-quarter sleeves by Diane von Furstenberg.
