A couple weeks ago on General Hospital, Tracy and Ned talked at the Metro Court. Ned told Tracy that Olivia turned down his marriage proposal and Tracy was offended. Later, Tracy's ex-husband, and Ned's father, Lord Larry Ashton returned to Port Charles. During these scenes, Tracy was wearing a blue and black leopard print dégradé blazer by Elie Tahari.
