On May 8th, preview photos were released of the upcoming General Hospital Nurses Ball, and I thought I'd start searching for the dresses. Elizabeth will be wearing a white floral lace gown with black floral embroidery and a low-cut back by Jovani. There's also a v-neck version of the gown.
