I found a couple cold shoulder tops similar to what Sam was wearing, though I believe they are not exact matches. http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/1-state-cold-shoulder-tee/4570539?origin=keywordsearch-personalizedsort&fashioncolor=BLACK and https://www.bailey44.com/short-sleeve-deneuve-top-black. I believe the cardigan she was wearing is from Nic and Zoe, and it is now longer made.

I included your finds in the post too. :) I'm impressed that you were able to figure out who Sam's cardigan was designed by. It was very difficult to see in the low lighting.
