On GH's Halloween episode, Carly attended a harvest festival at The Floating Rib to benefit mental health. Ned and Olivia committed to match all funds raised during the event, and Ned announced that, as mayor, he wanted to refocus attention on mental health and social services. Hearing this, Carly approved, but then questioned Ned about Ferncliff. At the end of the episode, Carly volunteered to bob for apples and screamed when she found Mary Pat dead in the apple barrel. During this episode, Carly (Laura Wright) was wearing a cranberry red shirtdress with a drawstring waist and handkerchief hem by Lauren Ralph Lauren.
