Last week on General Hospital, Laura found a list of Ryan's victims in Kevin's office, and questioned "Kevin" about it. During their conversation, Ryan imagined stabbing Laura, and luckily, his attack was only in his head. During this episode, Laura (Genie Francis) was wearing a knotted pearl necklace with a sterling silver ring by Waxing Poetic Jewelry. It comes in 18" long and 36" inch long versions. The necklace may be customized, and one or more pendants can be linked to the ring.
