Last week on General Hospital, Elizabeth and her family attended Laura's inauguration as mayor of Port Charles. Elizabeth smiled as Laura took her oath with the name Webber and congratulated her after the ceremony. During these scenes, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) was wearing an oxblood red sparkle knit scarf by Steve Madden.
