A couple weeks back on GH, Lulu moderated a Port Charles mayoral debate between her mother Laura Collins and Ned Quartermaine at Charlie's Pub. Lulu said she was voting for her mother, but that she could be fair and impartial. During these scenes, Lulu (Emme Rylan) was wearing a red and blue plaid shirt accented with polished silver studs by Rails. She wore this shirt previously.
