Friday on GH, Sam made plans with Jason to bring down Shiloh and Dawn of Day. They decided that Sam would make up an incriminating story about Jason as part of her pledge. During these scenes, Sam (Kelly Monaco) was wearing a sleeveless, white, ruffled, high neck top by Ramy Brook. She wore this trapeze-style top previously here and here.
